Manage Companies

Managing a company in an e-commerce backend involves overseeing and controlling various aspects of the company's presence and operations on the platform.

View Company Detail​

It involves activities such as orders, quotes, shopping list and fulfilling transactions with business customers.

Steps​

  • In Axim Commerce admin, go to Companies.

  • Click on the company name.

Billing Address​

Enable the storage and management of billing addresses associated with customer accounts. Administrators can update billing addresses on behalf of customers when necessary, ensuring accurate invoicing and billing information.

Shipping Address​

Allow administrators to manage customer shipping addresses. This includes adding multiple shipping addresses for customers who require orders to be shipped to different locations, as well as updating or deleting existing shipping addresses.

User Management​

Create and manage user accounts for the company's staff members who will access the backend. Assign roles and permissions to control access to different functionalities and data within the backend.

Company Profile​

Maintain and update the company's profile information, including name, address, contact details, logo, and any other relevant information. This ensures accurate representation of the company on the platform.

Order Processing​

Monitor and manage incoming orders placed by users of the company. This includes reviewing order details, processing payments, updating order statuses, and coordinating order fulfillment.

Quote Processing​

Monitor and manage incoming quotes by customers of the company. This includes reviewing quotes details, processing quotes, negotiating, and updating quote statuses.

Shopping List​

Upload, organize, and manage the company's shopping list within the backend. This involves adding new products, updating existing product information, and managing quantity.
